Yesterday I told Kennedy that I was going to get my haircut. She said, "I want to get my haircut too!" We made her an appointment at Cookie Cutters and told her that she had to wait until I got back. As soon as I walked in the door after my cut, she came running down the stairs saying, "Now it's my turn! I'm so excited! I'm going to the beauty spa!" (I went to the spa earlier this week so that and Fancy Nancy must have given her that idea.) At the salon she got to go down the slide, choose a car to sit in (the one with the horn that she honked non-stop), a movie to watch (baby einstein) and when she was finished she got a balloon and a sucker! It was a good experience, but we decided not to keep a lock of her hair. Instead we have these great pictures to remember the event. Here are the before and after shots:
